IndividualsTo apply for a check on yourself, we will ask you to complete a Basic Disclosure application form which we will post to you.You will need to complete the form and return to us with some photocopies of your ID documents. The application is then processed which takes between 2-3 weeks.

Organisations

To apply for DBS Checks on your members of staff, we would simply need to take a few company details from you and a list of the applicants’ names who you wish to check.

The applicants and selected ID verifier in the business will be required to complete an application form which takes approximately 5-10 minutes.

Basic Disclosure (for individuals and organisations)

A Basic Criminal Record Check is the only level which is available for individuals to obtain for themselves. Organisations can also access this level on behalf of their employees.

Standard DBS Check (for organisations only)

This level of CRB Check is only available to organisations to access on behalf of their employees. An individual cannot apply for a Standard CRB Check on themselves.

Enhanced DBS Check (for organisations only)

This check can only be requested by organisations on behalf of their staff. Individuals cannot apply for Enhanced DBS Checks on themselves.These checks are recommended for positions involving work in a regulated activity site, with possibility for contact with either children or vulnerable adults.
